ஒரு வார காலத்திற்கு பிறகு, இன்று தான் blog-ல் எழுத முடியுது. நன்றிகள் மீடியாக்களுக்கு உரித்தாகட்டும்.

How can we find right people for winning team-1?

In his Book "Winning", Jack Welch, decribes three Acid tests at outset, while we hire people.

Thats, Intergrity, Intelligence & Maturity. But In this, we cannot know the person's honesty. Its difficult But not Impossible. We can check by asking few questions about thier past jobs. It will help us much more.

The 4 E and 1-P frame work

The first E is Postive energy
The Second E is ability to Energize others.
The third E is Edge, the courage to make tough yes or no decision.
The forth E is Execute- the ability to get the Job done

1-P is Passion- Meant a deep authentic excitment about work.

These points will help to hire a winning team members.

How can we find right people for winning team?

Some of my friends, hired some great persons for the business and winning.
Same time, some of others loosing their time and wealth because of their people.
I belive they didn't find right people.

Even, Mr Welch saying on his book "Winning",
"Hiring good people is hard & Hiring great people is brutally hard"

So, how can we find right people for a winning team?

Let me share some tips from the Winning on later articles.

DREAMS

The day was falling down
The night was upbeat

The moon was cool and my mind was hot.
My mood was sizzling and night was breezing

At seashore I was lying
And my guitar was crying
Without you my nights never glowing

The night is grand
The moon is friend
The sky is vast
The sea has depth
The Air is breeze

Waves may be playfully
My hands hold you cheerfully
Our eyes speaking gladly
You are just to say those words

Mummy poured water on face
My night ended there.

It may be dream but will exist soon.

My first poem in english

Today in news I found the this sentence is quite romantic,"the silence after Strom".

The silence after Storm

While trains moving rapidly
I was standing flanked by them

The sun wavers to saw the world
The train Windows was sparkling
I know you were there

Innocently you stared me
Intently I grabbed that

The moment you gaze on me
That Gaze started killing me

Lost my heart at flash
The Flash becomes flames

The flames Spread over mind
The mind vanished

Without seeing you hours
Mind stormed

I beg you, throw me another
look to find my silence.

Decisions on Business & life

Just came cross to read about Mr.Mukesh Ambani's plans to enter in retail market & his interview with Newsweek. He is having great Dreams & making it to true.
How it may possible?

He took his decision at the right time when oppurtunity knocks. We common people lacking here. Also, after decide a thing & again again we are thinking about it . Not trying to do that in action. Even in Business lot of people, doing the same mistakes. I know some of them.

Make our decision strongly & don't look back again. Sure, we will WIN.

I remeber Valluvar's quote, எண்ணித் துணிக கருமம் துணிந்தபின் எண்ணுவம் என்பது இழுக்கு.

We will dream better & make decision better.

தமிழில் எழுத முயற்சி!

நண்பர் திரு.செந்தில் அவர்களின் blog பார்த்ததிலிருந்து தமிழில் எழுதும் அவா விடாது துரத்த, இதோ, இப்போது உட்கார்ந்தாகி விட்டது. இது ஒரு சோதனை முயற்சி. வேகமாக டைப் செய்ய முடியவில்லை. "சித்திரமும் கைப்பழக்கம்" பழகிவிடும் சீக்கிரம்!

Wet, Wet & Wet Mumbai !

Once again i got to stuck in the wet during this monsoon along with my colleagues & friends. This time it's nice journey to home with friends. I appreciate my friends & Mumbaikars spirit and courage, bcoz, they started to go to office as usual on very next day after the troubled day, not like me. I relaxed at home, ofcourse i don't dare to take risk again. Mumbai has learnt to live with these kind of situtaions.

I have seen in TV, one small slum boy, said that if you live in Mumbai, you should be ready to meet like kind of situations at any time. What a true word!

I should say my thanks to all of my friends who has shown me caring & their affection on me yesterday. Really, I am proud. Thank You very much !!
